Dunfermline Athletic are delighted to announce the return of fans’ favourite, Faissal El Bakhtaoui.

Faiss was instrumental in the 2015/2016 League One title win before leaving to join Dundee in 2016.

He signed for The Pars at the age of 19 in 2012, scoring 43 goals in 92 games.

Chairman, Ross McArthur said: “We are all naturally delighted to confirm the return of Faissal. The manager has been working very hard to bring quality players into the club ahead of the new season, and Faissal will certainly bring that! We would like to thank Dundee Football Club, and in particular Chief Executive, Eric Drysdale, for their assistance and co-operation in the transfer”.

Faissal joins the club on a season long loan deal from Dundee.
